In Loving Memory of Alice Patricia Norton White June 23, 1953 – July 3, 2025
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Alice Patricia Norton White, who left us at the age of 72 on the morning of July 3, 2025, at Villa Marie Claire in Saddle River, NJ. Surrounded by her devoted daughters and loved ones, Alice's final moments were filled with the love she cherished most.
Alice faced an eight-year battle with cancer with remarkable courage and grace, drawing strength from her unwavering love for her family.
Born on June 23, 1953, Alice was a dedicated professional. She was educated at Albertus Magnus and the Berkeley Secretarial School before embarking on a meaningful career that included time at Holy Name Hospital and later at Palisades Capital Management. The lifelong friendships created during her career were the true mark of her professional success.
Alice's greatest joy was her family, whom she adored beyond measure. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Michelle Bergman and her husband Ralph, and Alicia Carbone and her husband Gregg. Her legacy lives on through her cherished grandchildren: Jack, Ava, and Reese Bergman, and Frank and Katherine Carbone, each of whom brought light and laughter to her life.
She is also survived by her brother Michael Norton and his wife Patricia, and her sister Joan Halucha.
Alice was predeceased by her beloved mother, Alice Norton Kerrigan; her father, Michael Norton; and her stepfather, William Kerrigan.
A Funeral Mass will be held in celebration of Alice's life on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Elizabeth's Church in Wyckoff, NJ. All who knew and loved Alice are warmly invited to attend and honor her memory.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Alice's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to her heart.
May her gentle soul rest in peace, and may her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew her.
