Obituary of Carmen Julia Montalvo
Carmen Julia (Nazario) Montalvo , 96, of Passaic, passed away on May 15, 2016. Born in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, she lived in Manhattan and the Bronx before moving to Passaic.
A parishioner of St. Clare's RC Church, Clifton, Carmen was a Seamstress for Frank's Dresses in the Bronx for many years, retiring several years ago.
Beloved wife of the late Armando who passed away in 1970. Devoted mother of Alida Montalvo of Frisco, TX, Radame Montalvo of Port St. Lucie, FL, Sandra LaSaracina of Passaic and the late John Luis Montalvo. Loving grandmother of Robert, James, Amanda, Aaron, Galen, Donato, Matthew, Alexander, Alida, Laura, Christopher, Marissa, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services Tuesday 11:30 AM at Mt. Holiness Cemetery, 1 Brown Ave., Butler. Arrangements under the direction of Compassionate Cremation Services, 583 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
