Obituary of Eleanor Margaret Schmitt



Eleanor Margaret (Lamp) Schmitt, 64, of Secaucus passed away on November 30, 2019. Born and raised in Secaucus, Eleanor worked as a sales audit manager for Century 21, Secaucus.

Beloved wife for 30 years of Arthur Schmitt. Devoted mother of Craig and Michael Schmitt of Secaucus. Dear sister of the late Barbara Mardenly and John Lamp. Loving sister-in-law of Karen Wlosek and her husband John of Nutley, Richard Schmitt and his wife Meryle of North Haledon and Andrea DeLellis and her husband Bernie of PA. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews. Eleanor will be greatly missed by her furry companion Pork Chop.

Services were private under the direction of Compassionate Cremation Services, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
