James W. Walters, III., 52, of Franklin passed away on February 7, 2026. Born in Pompton Plains, he has been a resident of Franklin for many years. James worked as a service technician for Wind River Environmental for several years.

Husband of Deborah Hinkle. Devoted father of James W. Walters, IV. and Victoria L. Walters. Cherished son of Carol A. Walters (McCrum) and the late James W. Walters, II.. Loving brother of Michael D. Walters and Christina A Hoffman.

A Celebration of Life will be held, Saturday, March 7, 2026, 12-4 PM at the American Legion Post #132, 1 Legion Rd, Franklin, NJ 07416

Cremation was private under the direction of Compassionate Cremation Services, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
