JoAnn Howard, 74, of Clifton, formerly of Ridgewood, passed away on December 10, 2018. Born in Clifton, JoAnn was raised in Riveredge and lived in Ridgewood for many years before moving back to Clifton in 2001. Of all the things JoAnn loved in this world, being a mother was highest on her list.

Memorial Mass Saturday 12pm at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, 400 Mt. Prospect Avenue, Clifton.
