Thomas Francis Butler, Jr., 64, of Clifton, passed away on April 23, 2017. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a resident of Clifton since 1961.



Thomas was a Managerand Mentorfor NorgusSilk Screen Co., Clifton,a lifelong, accomplished guitarist and a master of silly jokes.



Devoted father of Melissa Butler and her husband John Palisi of West Caldwell, Thomas Francis Butler, III, of Portland, ME, and Carli McSulla of Jacksonville, FL. Beloved son of Grace (Calise) of Nutley, and the late Thomas Francis Butler, Sr., who passed away in 1999. LovingPapaof Avery and Ollie. Dear brother of Philip, Graceann and David of Nutley, Peter of Jacksonville, FL, and John of Linden. Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Former husband of Michele.



Memorial Mass, Saturday, April 29, 12 Noon at St. John Kanty RC Church, 49 Speer Ave., Clifton.
